Order Cancellation and Returns
AWISCO must approve the cancellation of any order prior to shipment. Special ordered products may not be cancelled or returned. Any returns for shipping errors, damage or loss upon delivery must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date. Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of delivery to the purchaser. All returns must be made to an AWISCO branch or as otherwise designated by AWISCO, must be in resalable condition, and need to be accompanied with an invoice. Any cancellation or returns accepted may be subject to a restocking fee and other charges, for which the purchaser shall be responsible.
AWISCO anticipates the use of AWISCO owned and operated trucks and common carriers for the shipment of products. AWISCO may ship items in single or multiple shipments unless specified by the vendee at time of order. Delivery lead time is subject to change based on prior sales. Delivery of stock product will be made within 48 hours of the order placement.
AWISCO will make every attempt to process all orders as soon as they are received. Orders placed after 2:00pm may be subject to processing the following business day. Please call your local branch or 800-834-1925 if an order needs to be expedited. Expedite fees may apply.
