The Hougen HMD 904 Magnetic Drill is the latest evolution of Hougen’s popular mag drills. It keeps the important attributes of the HMD904′s predecessor and made it better because:
- This new Hougen magnetic drill has a more powerful motor so you can drill large holes without stalling deep in the cut.
- The cost of magnetic drill motor wear replacement parts has been lowered by 1/3 over the old style motor.
- The new magnetic drill design increases the drill point breakaway to 820 lb.
- The magnetic drill weight has been lowered to just 27.5 lb.
- The magnetic drilling capacity is increased to 1-1/2″ diameter with a 2″ depth-of-cut.
